Our digital project management expertise derives from three approaches: research and experimentation, and surveys. Sometimes complementary, these three approaches conform to the steps in our innovation model.
CEFRIO’s research and experimentation projects are conducted in collaboration with multidisciplinary researchers recognized for their knowledge of digital technology, and allow organizations with similar interests to work together in a context of open innovation. This approach is applied in various sectors to facilitate learning and promote positive outcomes. See the Become a Member section for information on participating in CEFRIO projects. View the list of research and experimentation projects.
Our survey projects provide an overview of trends as well as analysis of digital technology use. The results help organizations understand the digital behaviors of their respective clienteles and identify challenges and issues hampering development. These portraits become real guides for developing business plans and strategies for exploring new markets.
